Porree Nudel Eintopf, Leek Noodle Stew



Cook 0.75 lb beef. Add salt and pepper. Then add one can of tomato puree then some water. Add about a pound of uncooked noodles. Take one to two leeks, chop them up and add to the pot. When noodles are done it's ready! Served with applesauce. Michelle and I made this last Sunday and everyone loved it!

  2. It was good, some people mix the applesauce in but I had it on the side.

  3. Was that the whole recipe or was it abridged? Was it hard to make?

  4. It was very easy to make and measurements and things were rounded because the recipe was originally in the metric system, though it doesn't really matter, for example if you didn't really like leek you could just use less leek.
