For my personal odyssey I am going to Munich, Germany in March. To prepare for this I have outlined things I want to do and places I want to seeAltes Rathaus- the old town hall
Theatinerkirche se Kajetan- church
Deutsches Museum- science and technology museum
Biergarten Viktualienmarkt- daily food market
Stadtcafe im Stadtmuseum- city museum
Pinakothek der Moderne- modern art museum
I also want to:
Stroll through Hofgarten.
Rent a bike.
Eat in an outside cafe.
Have a Bavarian breakfast; pretzels and Weiβwurst.
Go to the opera, theatre, or cinema.
you will have to tell me how it went because Germany is one of the place in my personal odyssey! why do you want to go to those places?

ReplyDeleteFirst I searched for tourist things to do in Munich, then I looked for things to connect to the things I had been studying, then I asked people who had been there what they recommended doing.

ReplyDeleteThis map sure came in handy. Yesterday we used it to walk to the Theatinerkirche (the outside at least) built in 1767. It was a hideous mustard yellow color!
